It seems that no matter how long I stare at this and no matter how much time I take to write a proper comment, I can't seem to find the right words. This is beyond amazing! It is freaking amazing, so great and so lovely! 
I adore the atmosphere in this one, the colors you've used, the background is awesome, the texutre is nice too, the little dots are a nice touch and the overall feel is so what I love

I love the "creature" you chose for him, the pose is epic, his markings are cool, you've done his wounds and stitches so nicely~
